The Triple E Retreat is an annual event designed to encourage and equip those serving in full-time camp ministry. If you’re a board member, camp director, food service manager, maintenance director, or any other role in camp leadership, you are welcome to attend! This retreat is typically held the last week of January at one of our participating camps.

2026 Retreat

We are excited to announce some of the details for the 2026 Triple E Retreat.

Dates: January 26-29, 2026

Time: The retreat will begin with Registration at 3pm on Monday with the first activity for the retreat being dinner. The retreat ends after breakfast on Thursday morning. We will plan to send out the full schedule with seminar options being shown prior to the retreat for your planning purposes.

Location: Sandy Creek Bible Camp

Travel Information: For those planning to fly, the best airports to fly into are in Houston (IAH or HOU). Sandy Creek will do their best to assist with transportation from and to the airport. They will provide follow-up information prior to coming to the retreat for planning purposes.
